About the role:
We’re looking for a VP of Delivery to support the growth and success of our clients. You will team-up directly with Copilot’s founders to drive client success, crew satisfaction, and Copilot methodology on all projects. We’ve grown by delighting new clients and turning existing clients into long-term partners - we expect our VP of Delivery to continue this trend as we scale.
The VP of Delivery is responsible for ensuring that Copilot hires and grows the right people to manage client engagements and that they have the best tools and processes to support them. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, experienced delivery manager with strong project and program management experience.

What we'll need from you:
- Oversee delivery excellence across our portfolio of projects
- Drive measures of client success such as contract renewals and upsells, AppExchange reviews, surveys, testimonials and case studies
- Build and retain our crew to scale our delivery roles and maintain consistent, high-quality delivery
- Lead efforts to implement and improve our delivery methodology across our portfolio of projects
- Lead engagements with our top 1-2 clients with a hands-on approach, providing direction, guidance, and vision to engagement managers and architects
- Partner with the sales team to provide expert guidance and influence business development opportunities, including writing SOWs and presenting solutions to prospects
- Help us drive crew satisfaction by continuing to focus on Copilot culture
What we expect you’re walking in with:
- 5+ years of experience managing established technology consulting practices or product departments with mature, agile program management processes
- Experience working with Salesforce as a practice lead, delivery director, or Salesforce consultant
- Experience with recruiting and building out teams; experience managing, retaining, and mentoring those team members
- Passion for building Salesforce and data solutions with state-of-the-art technology
- Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC
- BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering – or equivalent relevant work experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A serious attention to detail

- You’ve worked for or inside companies in one or more of these industries: private equity, investment banking, wealth and asset management; real estate investment trusts, investment managers, brokerage, lending; SaaS.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Financial Service Cloud, Pardot, Tableau / Tableau CRM, Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Certifications
